Our paint experiences are thoughtfully designed as collaborative, social events and are offered in both public and private formats. Mereri Art Creative Events invite guests of all ages to create unique works while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere that allows for conversation and refreshments.

Yes. Mereri Art Collective partners with venues, nonprofits, and private organizations. Event structure, ticketing, and promotion may vary depending on the partnership model.

Booking timelines vary based on event type and location.
Local events: A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required, with 3–4 weeks preferred.
Ticketed or venue-hosted events: Typically booked 4–6 weeks in advance to allow for planning and promotion.
Out-of-state or custom events: Require at least 4 weeks’ notice, with 6–8 weeks preferred, depending on scope.
Short-notice requests may be accommodated based on availability.

I travel for events both locally and nationwide. Travel distance depends on the size and scope of the event.
For larger groups or ticketed events, I’m happy to travel anywhere, as long as ticket sales or hosting arrangements cover travel and event-related expenses. These could include airfare, accommodations, supplies, and event insurance.

For venue-hosted or public ticketed events, Mereri Art Collective typically manages ticketing and event promotion, with partner venues supporting promotion through their channels.
For sponsored events, nonprofit partnerships, or private groups, the host organization may manage ticketing and promotion directly, with Mereri Art Collective providing the creative experience as a vendor.
Details are confirmed in advance based on the partnership model.

We currently offer 8” x 10” and 11”x14”. Our standard size is 11”x14” for guided Paint Parties.

Custom canvas designs are available for instructor and non–instructor-led paint experiences and are offered as an add-on.
